About make visible BUGTRACKER CHANGELOG

Hi there ^^

I have a suggestion, to add a BUGTRACKER CHANGELOG link to Server menu

It could be the first or last page of the Bugtracker Changelog topic link.

Every month (You guys) post updates but I think those update changes are hidden.
