An idea to encourage tank and healers to join RHC dungeons

Given the shortage of tanks and healers, I would like to propose something that might prove useful.

The idea is simple: in RHC dungeons, have tanks and healers get emblems that are Binds on Account (perhaps in the form of a special Bind on Account bag that requires level 80 to open), so they can be transferred to their own others characters.

In this way the presence of tanks and healers in dungeons would be incredibly encouraged, not having to worry about sending emblems of triumph to their alts. Personally, I'd be the first one who would do nothing but tank and heal

We spend too much time waiting in the dungeon queue and the missing elements are always the same: tanks and/or healers. So this could be an idea to encourage both roles joining RHC

I support this. Long time ago I proposed the cataclysm model motivating healer/tank to join rhc queue where healer/tank queing for rhc got increased bonus. The present proposal is more acceptable in blizzlike terms, allowing a player to gear his dps alt who would be unable to join rhcs because of lack of tanks/healers.
