Good guide for new players that wanna be usefull in raids

btw retri also brings 3% increases damage http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Sanctified_Retribution
and increased Hand of Salvation(by 100% !) or 6% more healing buff.
Also SP-retri brings retri aura which hits for 100+ => nice threat generation for tanks.
