If you want to fix Paladin single target threat, give them Shield of the Righteous at 70 instead of 75. If you want to keep arguing about Paladin threat for the next year and a half and constantly have to field questions about why their threat doesn't scale as well as other tanks at any single gear level, continue to do what you've been doing for the last 6 months.

The issue lies with our incomplete toolkit causing scaling issues.

With Righteous fury holy damage is a large part of our threat modifier, and we dont have HotR to cause holy damage based on weapon damage or SotR to deal holy damage based on block.

The only source of weapon damage to holy damage is from 5stacks of SoV at 33% and that just isn't enough. when out intended kit for these had us doing 4x weapon dps as holy to 3 targets every 6 seconds (and stacking SoV iirc) and SoR doing block value as holy all getting modified by rightous fury.

I personally never ran into a single target threat issue on primal, normally miles ahead of warriors and druids.

Just ise seal of Vengeance on single target with a fasthander and use seal of command on aoe. You do not need plea, just a bunch of deflection... playtest first.

What he just said with the mention that you should...use slow one hander + get reckoning talent.

This is an ANCIENT thread concerning PrimalWoW, and I believe they already buffed the righteous fury buff from 80% to 100% threat generated.
