I want to know if Recruit a Friend with yourself is allowed here together with multiboxing ?

only if u have splitting personality i can assume its a special case and will be allowed but normaly 1 person abusing this tool to benefit from its bonuses i think thats an abuse and not allowed.

however im not a GM so i assume you will have to wait for a gm answer

It's not allowed to recruit yourself, if caught the bonuses will be disabled and rewards removed.

But what if I get my characters to 60 and then remove the linked accounts to not get the rewards when I get to 70 ?

Trying to find 'loopholes' in systems here defeats the purpose of them having been implemented in the first place. If someone gets caught, they get punished.
RAF is what it's name says, a recruiting drive, not a boost-yourself one.

Guy offered me his acc to level up 9 more levels (we reached 61) so l could get 1 point. Since we played properly whole RaF bonus era (lvl 1 to 61), will l still get bonus point if l accept acc? He will come back in 4-5months or so after school as he says.

My 2-Cents:
If you keep the account for yourself it would be considered abuse of the system but if someone else plays the account while your playing your account isn't abuse. If s/he comes back at the end of school at that time you could level the 9 levels with them to get the rewards. I personally would not risk playing on two accounts at the same time to get the items.

It does seem like this issue has already been solved as it was discontinued or no longer followed up
by the original poster.

Usually a 7 days deadline is issued after the last contact attempt from a Staff member, which might be
directly expressed on the thread or sent by personal messages.
