issues with "recruit a friend"

i am having some problems with the RAF boni and i contacted a GM (Roel) some time ago. He told me he cannot help me and i should ask for help in this forum.

basically my problem was this:
i recruited a friend and i made a new alt. we lvled together and we did get the correct boni for quests, mobs, instances etc until lvl 40. the primal wow site sais that the recruited person can grant ANY charcacter of the recruiter 1 lvl for each 2 lvl up he does. so basically this means my friend can give any of my chars 30 lvls when he reaches lvl 60? or did i get that wrong?
well we tried to find an option for that, ingame or on the site. nothing worked. my friends character is called "Aurelion", the char i want to give the 30 lvls is called "Aelen" (on primal wow)

also, i did not get the 250 vote point rewards for recruiting him. i cannot press on the button to receive that reward...

The rewards are given out when the person you recruited reach the max level for RaF. Granting levels I believe you need to be in party (only way i could get it to show up) right click the recruiter and should be a option to give them levels.

the person i recruited reached the max level around 2 months ago. and still i did NOT get the reward.

also, we were in a party, when he tried to grant one of my alts the levels and it also did NOT work..

So basically, we tried all that stuff and STILL it did NOT work. i cannot press on the button to get my 250 vote points rewards, because the button is not even clickable...

Almost the same here...

Granting levels ain't working at all.

Been told by gms it was a functional feature.

Also, any idea why the summoning feature isn't working?

still, i dont understand why they can't just give me my 250 vote points manually. i recruited a friend, it is even visible in my "RAF" section on this website, with his e-mail adress etc. he reached lvl 60 like 2 months ago. but i cannot press the button. i wrote 2 tickets about it and this thread here. still my issue doesn't get fixed

Can anyone confirm if reaching lvl 60 on Primal gives awards to the recruiter now?

roel just granted me the 250 vote points. thank you very much for that!!!

about granting the lvls... my friend was just to dumb at first. we managed to get that now
