Updated Forum and Etrobian Second release!!

Colour scheme was changed just a bit in Etrobian Second. Dark colours were made darker and bright ones brighter. This was so there was a bit of more range between the shades of blue so it doesn't look too linear.

Might need to clear browser cache (CTRL + F5) to see the changes.

The notification area in the top right corner on the Armory page continues to display a notice about receiving a new message even though that area is already functioning as normal on the forum itself after having read all messages and notifications (user avatar displays as normal).
Basically, the area in the corner where my user avatar should be continues to have an animated "1" over it as if a new message has been received - only seems to happen on pages connected to the armory, seems fine on the forum / ucp / etc.

The armory uses an independent header, so this isn't related to the update but rather an armory issue

Not sure if it's here I should post it, but when making tables, they add N new lines from the previous text, where N is the number of rows in the table. Could this be removed?
