RAF - Grant a Level bugs?

I was attempting to have my son's character on an RAF account grant a lvl to one of my lowbies and the option is greyed out. His priest is lvl 42 and was unable to grant a level to my 39 druid or my 16 rogue of the same faction. He has granted me 19 levels so far.

To check to see if the problem was just for that account I had my buddy, also on an RAF account, log over to his 56 druid and attempt to grant my 29 shaman some levels and it was also greyed out. He has only granted me 11 levels from that account. Are there any known bugs going on at the moment?

Buttons are not grayed but throw errors though.

Me and a friend had RaF'd and I hit 60 way before him. He, later, played and hit level 60 and I remembered about the RaF rewards, the 250 vote points. However, even with him being level 60, I did not receive the point as a reward. If there is anything you can do to help, I'd be super happy. Want a faction change before AQ release.

For the moment you can't get the RaF points on PrimalWoW as the level cap is 60. Once TBC launches and you can reach level 70 you can get the points.

This doesn't seem right, it should be rewarded at level 60 for PrimalWoW. Is anyone able to confirm that they got their RaF points or is this something that still needs to be fixed?

I had a RAF account lose its connection to my account during the server merger. Ive heard others mention the same. Since there was a gap of time mentioned, Im guessing that also happened to the OP.

I believe I RaF'd him before the server merged. I'm just hoping there is a way to get the reward or if it's not happening. Put a ticket in, hopefully a GM can clear some stuff up.

I have confirmed that one of your recruits reached level 60 and manually added the RaF point. Still no clue why it wasn't rewarded, the merge wasn't the issue and shouldn't be the issue for anyone else. Those problems were fixed.

Do you have it now? If not then I hope someone with more knowledge about the RaF system can help...
